Does it feel like life is running you instead of you running your life?
maybe you’re…
Noticing that your ADHD symptoms make it difficult for you to consistently translate ideas into action.
You may be feeling overwhelmed and life might feel chaotic.
Struggling with anxiety or self-esteem.
You might have difficulty giving yourself credit and find your mind constantly comparing your clothes, body, decisions, parenting, and relationships to others.
Noticing challenges related to a particular relationship in your life.
You might notice patterns in your relationships that don’t fit with who you want to be as a person but somehow keep popping up for you. You’d like to learn strategies to show up authentically in the important relationships in your life.
Finding that parenting isn’t all you thought it would be.
Whether it is anxiety, ADHD, or self-confidence, maybe you now have a child who is struggling with similar concerns as you and it feels like another layer of difficulty for you to navigate. Conversely, maybe your child is struggling with difficulties you’ve never navigated, and you struggle to know how to support them.
Feeling concerned about your child or teen.
You notice your child or teen struggling to manage their ADHD, anxiety, or stressful life circumstances. Despite your best attempts, you have haven’t been able to find the magical key to help them share more of what they’re experiencing.
I’m Dr. Rance.
I believe that increased self-awareness is the key to deeper connections, improved authenticity, and creating a life that works for YOU.
I’m a highly compassionate, change-oriented psychologist passionate about helping deep feelers & deep thinkers channel these qualities into strengths. I'm a deep feeler & deep thinker who has learned (and is learning!) how to make space for these parts of myself in a messy world and love working with clients doing the same. I offer my clients new insights about themselves and have a knack for seeing untapped potential.
I believe in the power of connection. I forge strong connections with my clients that serve as a foundation for clients to create stronger connections with the people and activities that matter to them outside of therapy.

How it works
1
Book a consult
Click the link below to schedule a free 15-minute consult. During the consult call, we’ll discuss what you’re looking for in therapy and whether the services I offer would be a good fit. I’ll answer any questions you might have about the therapy process.
2
Get started
After the consult call, we’ll meet for an initial appointment (90 minutes). This will be an information gathering session. The second session will be a treatment planning session in which we discuss goals and our vision for our work together.
3
See changes
Next, we’ll set up weekly therapy appointments (45-50 minutes). I typically recommend meeting weekly for the first 6-8 sessions to help you build momentum and begin to see change and then spacing out to every other week when you feel comfortable doing so.
